Digital Products & Online Courses

Since digital products and online courses are accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience technical issues with accessing a course, please contact our support team for assistance.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for digital products may only be considered if:

 The product was not accessed or downloaded.

 A request for a refund is made within 14 days of purchase.

 You can demonstrate that there was an issue with the product (e.g., content errors, file corruption, etc.).

Process for Refund Requests

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with an update on the status of your refund.

Memberships & Subscriptions

If you are subscribed to a membership or subscription based service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note:

 Cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period.

 Refunds will not be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period that has already been billed.

OneonOne Coaching & Consulting Sessions

For coaching and consulting sessions, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Refunds for missed appointments or late cancellations may not be granted.
